Celebrities We Love and The Cars That They Love

Dolly Parton | 1997 Cadillac D’Elegance | $39,995

At a young age, Dolly Parton already had quite a passion for music. She began singing for the local church when she was six years old, and by seven, she learned how to play the guitar. The newfound talent eventually landed her a career in the music industry. After first gaining recognition as a songwriter for other artists, Dolly finally garnered a skyrocketing degree of praise and attention thanks to her debut album, Hello, I’m Dolly.

Besides her love for music, Dolly also had a fondness for cars. One such car she used to own was this gold-painted 1997 Cadillac D’Elegance. After some time, though, it seems like the Grammy Award-winning icon bade farewell to it. As of 2012, the Cadillac is on display at Gatlinburg’s Star Cars Museum. The other celebrity cars accompanying Dolly’s Cadillac include a Trans-Am used in Smokey and the Bandit and a 1969 Dodge Charger seen in The Dukes of Hazzard.
